Cancellation Policy – VVS Enterprises Clothing

We aim to give our customers a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but may still be eligible for return or exchange under our Returns Policy.

2. How to Cancel

  • Include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation in your email to speed up the process.

3. Refunds

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, any shipping charges paid will also be refunded.

  • Once shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customised, made-to-order, or final-sale items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

6. Exceptions

  • If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, damaged item, or any error on our part), you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by VVS Enterprises Clothing.
